While experiencing a reception problem, callers would complain it was difficult to understand. We contacted Kyra who made a service appointment and an update was performed that they thought would correct the problem. However several days later the problem persisted. We contacted Kyra who set another service appointment. It was determined that it needed a new microphone. After it was installed the issue was corrected. Super Fast, easy to deal with and a fair price. 10/10 would highly recommend to everyone

They completed the diagnosis. Unfortunately the recommended fix was too high for us to put into the vehicle giving it's high mileage. Even at that they still gave us ample time to make arrangements to have the vehicle towed away. We think that over $250.00 for just diag optics for an issue that was not fixed is too high. But it is what it is

The repair was done and ready for pick up early. I arrived after closing time but Chad was working after hours on something. He had me pay by text and delivered the Denali XL to after hours which saved me many more hours of driving. I would highly recommend Chad as a service advisor. I worked in auto business from 1968- 1995 and I know this is one of the hardest jobs in the dealership and Chad stepped up to make sure a Steele GMC client left with their expectations met. Mine were exceeded.

It was hit or miss when Steele took over Nyle, but now it seems more consistent. We love our Service Advisor, Kyra, and we consider her a friend now. Through the transition, she always took great care of my husband and my trucks. It is always nice when she knows that sometimes my husband doesn't bring in the coupon and she will still apply it for us (recant afford dealership service without those coupons).
