I had an electrical issues with my truck… I dropped it off with Stephen and presented my 3rd party vehicle warranty and within 36 hours I had my truck back and it was working like new. They even took care of a couple of recall items within that 36 hour timeframe.

Jose Medellin is a good salesman. He had the vehicle pulled up to the front and was for our arrival. He showed us some exterior features on the vehicle before we headed out on a test drive. Tried to convince me I needed a new transmission. Known problem with original transmission fluid used. When asked to flush they said they would not even know that is the fix according to GM. Service manager said they are not concerned with customer service are just ithere to fix cars

While experiencing a reception problem, callers would complain it was difficult to understand. We contacted Kyra who made a service appointment and an update was performed that they thought would correct the problem. However several days later the problem persisted. We contacted Kyra who set another service appointment. It was determined that it needed a new microphone. After it was installed the issue was corrected. It took 6 days to get an oil change WOW and to tighten two bolts underneath the truck suspension. By the way you charge way too much for an oil change!

Super Fast, easy to deal with and a fair price. 10/10 would highly recommend to everyone

They completed the diagnosis. Unfortunately the recommended fix was too high for us to put into the vehicle giving it's high mileage. Even at that they still gave us ample time to make arrangements to have the vehicle towed away. We think that over $250.00 for just diag optics for an issue that was not fixed is too high. But it is what it is
