Joshua was an excellent service advisor. He provided a shuttle ride home and kept me informed. I did request a car wash as my vehicle was being recalled for the engine and needed to be assessed. They agreed to a basic wash however, the car was not washed when I picked it up. This is the overall difference between the luxury brands and GMC. I wish for the money spent on the Yukon Denali, the dealerships would be a little more conscientious and at least offer something like a car wash for the inconvenience of possible engine failure. Advice to GMC, the customer service experience is why people choose the luxury brands. No one wants to come back for recalls especially for major ones. Having said all of this, Joshua was amazing, Tom my ride home was amazing.

Overall positive. Work was faster than expected. I understand the credit card fee but as a large dealership, this is the cost of doing business. Your customer base should not have to bear this burden. Your costs are already producing a large profit margin. Lastly, your advisors should be looking for ways to save your customers money by applying any "service specials" directly to the invoice.

My salesperson, Mayerlyn, was super easy to work with, so personable and down-to-earth; I immediately felt comfortable, even when she confiscated my keys to get a trade-in value without me asking, ha! I also really appreciated Oscar patiently going over all the financials with me. We talked about our kids and he graciously accepted some unsolicited office-decorating advice. Even the Finance Director stepped in and let me give him a hard time AND got my rate down! Last, but not least, the Sales Manager, Mark, was involved in every step of the process in some way. I had a deal with the previous New Car Sales manager, Toby Turner, to buy the Yukon at invoice price (I have email proof of this!!!). The new regime refused to HONOR the deal adding a slew of dealer add-ons which I did not want and are mostly worthless (e.g. paint and interior protection). Amazingly they felt the $1098 for the add-ons was more important that the satisfaction of their customer. Who would recommend a business like that? BTW, if you'd like to make it right let me know

My car needed a transmission part, waited from May to August for the part, took car in for work, I was told it needed to be driven for about 70 miles before I could take it in for inspection, on my way to get an inspection before going to my mothers the check engine light came back on. The diagnostic showed the same code as last time, back in the shop. I should say also that ever since May I would not drive the car, I didn't want to make whatever the problem was worse. So now I am back to borrowing vehicles from family and friends. I do not understand why they don't have loaners especially when I am bringing it back for the same problem they were supposed to fix.

Actual time was a little over 2 hours. An oil change…over 2 hours (?!?). No harm done, but… And by the way, no other services or checks made. No several point inspection, no tire rotation. Lift the vehicle, drain the oil, refill the oil. Waiting for lift maybe?

3 hours for an oil change, with an appointment. I understand the "we don't start the minute you check in", but... 3 hours? I signed up for the Preferred Customer Program when I bought the car, but I'm seriously considering just going to my normal shop and swallowing the loss. I am writing in response to the service experience survey for my recent visit, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and checked in at the service window, where I was told my service technician was Josh and that he would be with us shortly. After that, there was no follow-up or acknowledgment for an extended period of time. We observed Josh walking past the waiting customers multiple times, socializing with coworkers and engaging with everyone except those waiting for service. Over 20 minutes passed beyond my appointment time without any communication. At that point, I had to approach the service desk myself to ask for Josh. The woman at the desk then pointed out where his desk was and told us we could wait there. Another 10 minutes passed before Josh finally arrived and said, “Y’all waiting on me?” There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and no attempt at basic customer courtesy. A simple apology or professional greeting would have gone a long way. Throughout the remainder of the visit, communication continued to be poor. I had to repeatedly ask for basic information such as pricing, estimated timeframe, and whether there were other items that should be looked at. As a customer, I should not have to lead these conversations. The technician assigned to my vehicle lacked the communication skills expected in a professional service department. What made this experience more concerning is that this was not an isolated issue. No one in the service department stepped in to acknowledge the delay or provide updates. Lobby engagement and communication are essential, and the lack of both reflects a broader issue within the service team. Additionally, the customer ahead of us, also waiting on Josh, remained waiting more than 20 minutes after receiving a notification that their vehicle was ready. This was not the worst service experience I’ve ever had, but it was one of the most disappointing, as it highlights a lack of accountability, communication, and customer awareness across the service department. These are basic expectations that were not met. Due to this experience, I am unlikely to return to this location. If I do, I sincerely hope there is significant improvement in customer communication, professionalism, and overall attentiveness so other customers are not left feeling the same way. I don’t want to publicly share this because there is always room for improvement.

Had to follow up several times to get in for my repair - said no loaner cars and kept telling me about the long list of those waiting; finally got in a month later and the issue is a telematics module that is on back order with no resolution of when the part will come in. Extremely poor customer service for someone who just bought a brand new $65K vehicle and had this experience within the first 4 months. I had always bought from Covert the last 3 GMC new vehicles and will probably be a returning customer because they definitely have better service.

Unfortunately, it was quite frustrating experience. (1) part of my visit was due to on-star notification that antilock brakes needs service. Service tech said ignore it, as long as truck is not complaining. Why bother with on-star?? (2) drop off was 8:30am. Service tech said i would get a video shortly with the estimate for work requested and recommended. it came at 5:45 pm, 15 minutes before closing. (3) I said yes to service and then found out next morning the service estimate was incorrect and wrong by over $1000. (4) over all very poor communications and concern for customer. Will not return to this dealership.

We first visited at his desk where he listened carefully to what we looking for, answered all our questions, and then offered a test drive of the 2026 GMC Sierra Denali we had inquired about. What made it even more special is he had already pulled the vehicle up to what I will call the carport making it even more convenient. He also arranged to have our trade appraised while we were away on the test drive. Bryan took time to walk us around and make us familiar with the vehicle before leaving on our test drive. The test drive went well and Bryan patiently answered all our questions. Back at the dealership Bryan presented us with the sales price of the vehicle and the offer for our trade. After a short negotiation on the trade value we agreed and moved forward with the purchase. After finalizing the paperwork with the Finance Department Bryan assisted us in transferring our belongings from our trade and asked if he could answer any other questions or assist us in any way. My time is valuable. I was instructed that my vehicle tire change would take approx. 1 1/2 hours. After 1 1/2 hours, I approached service manager, (instead of anyone coming to me). He explained that they didn't properly do inventory and thus did not have the tire... and now it would take an undetermined amount of time to repair the car. This forced me to now get an uber and carry on with my workday. and then uber back when the car was finally fixed about 4 hours later. The final insult was with the billing. The young woman at the desk verbalized the amount, while showing facial expressions of disdain for me. I paid. After i paid, she told me because i paid with credit card, i would pay an extra percentage. I then told her you should have told me before, i could have paid another way. She disdainfully pointed at me like a child and said the "the sign is right there" So...I am now being punished by your staff, as i pay for unacceptable service. I purchase between 5-6 cars a year. I will make sure that i never buy a car at your dealership! Big win for your billing receptionist!

The finance guy, Nate was also awesome! However, the person who handled and valued my trade-in was NOT. I got a very low-ball offer... 20% lower than the lowest KBB estimate. I have never experienced that before. The worst part is, they would not budge a single dollar! No negotiation, no wiggle room, nothing. I was actually shocked. I felt like my loyalty was being taken advantage of. I should have walked out and went somewhere else. The first time I came here, I felt like I got a great deal and was totally happy. The next time I felt like I got a terrible deal and left wishing I would have went somewhere else. Will I be back again? I'm not sure...but I doubt it.

Took truck in to get front brakes fixed, and engine light came on, and it was acrack in gas tank, plus got oil change and filter. Chad helped me with the work that was needed and did a good job. The work was done a timely basis. The only bad thing about the hold thing was, when I got ready to pay, they were charging me a extra 3%, because I was using my credit card to pay for the work done. I have always used my card for the last 18 years there. Not good business.

Customer service was terrible. My truck was in the shop 6 times in a 4 month stretch. I was provided a loaner twice during those times. Only after a 2 week wait or more. The service representative would not provide me with adequate updates. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates. They would tell me everything is covered under warranty, and then when it’s time to pick up my truck, they would let me know it was not in fact covered. I spent $4000 to repair my truck with less that 70,000 miles on it. Will never buy a GM product again.
