My experience in the service department is always a good one. I always get in in a timely matter. They always let me know what’s going on. Show me a video and get my work done and get me out of there.

We had the tires rotated on our 3500 Silverado and the tire pressures weren’t addressed or looked at so the alarm went off as soon as we drove down the road and left the dealership.

Trae was very helpful in getting us the right vehicle and showing us everything about our new Acadia. The only issue we had was the payment as they do not accept personal checks which we should have been told upfront and made other arrangements
