Before a vehicle is listed or sold through CarBravo, participating dealers are also required to address open safety recalls. Customers are still encouraged to independently confirm recall status through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
12-Month/12,000-Mile Limited Warranty
Eligible CarBravo Certified vehicles that are less than 10 model years old and have fewer than 100,000 miles at the time of sale receive a 12-month/12,000-mile bumper-to-bumper limited warranty, whichever comes first.
If the vehicle still has remaining original bumper-to-bumper factory warranty coverage, CarBravo coverage generally begins after that original coverage expires. If the original warranty has already expired, CarBravo coverage generally begins on the date of the CarBravo sale.
Coverage is subject to the exclusions, limitations and requirements contained in the official CarBravo warranty documents.
No Deductible on Covered Warranty Repairs
Covered repairs under the CarBravo Certified limited warranty have no deductible. Applicable parts, labor and towing required for a covered repair are included according to the terms of the warranty.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
CarBravo owners receive roadside assistance during the applicable limited warranty period. Available services can include towing to the nearest participating dealership, jump-start assistance, fuel delivery, lockout assistance and flat-tire assistance.
Courtesy Transportation
If your CarBravo vehicle requires a covered warranty repair, courtesy transportation or reimbursement for eligible temporary transportation may be available in accordance with the program terms.
10-Day/500-Mile Vehicle Exchange
If your CarBravo vehicle is not the right match, it may be exchanged for another eligible CarBravo vehicle within 10 days or 500 miles after purchase, whichever comes first.
The exchange program is subject to eligibility requirements and written program terms. It is an exchange program and not an unconditional vehicle return or cash-refund policy.
